City Counselor

Ángela Bachiller is the first person born with Down syndrome to be elected as a city counselor in Spain. She is known for her hard work and dedication. Before being a city councilor, she worked in city hall. Although she was born with Down syndrome, she still managed to do more than most people would, which is very inspiring.
